Order Processing
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Please note: this is a small mum-run operation so there may be times when processing times may be slightly longer. I always aim to ship your order as quickly as possible but please reach out if you need it urgently.
Shipping Within Australia
We currently ship Australia-wide.
- Shipping cost: Free standard shipping on all orders
- Carrier: Australia Post (or other trusted courier)

Estimated delivery time:
- Metro areas: 2–5 business days

Regional areas: 3–7 business days
Express shipping is available at a cost of $15.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control (such as carrier delays or peak periods).
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to New Zealand only at this stage. Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
