We hope you love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, please review our returns policy below.
Change of Mind Returns
We accept change of mind returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is:
- Unworn and unused
- In original, saleable condition
- Free from marks, damage, or signs of wear
- Returned with original packaging (where applicable)
Return postage costs for change of mind returns are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
To initiate a return, please email thesweet.typeco@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos (if applicable)
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Sale Items
Items marked as final sale or purchased during promotions are not eligible for change of mind returns, unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at thesweet.typeco@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery, including photos where possible.
Where a return is required due to a fault or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs and offer a replacement, repair, or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
